Job Description:
- The position reports to the Community Spiritual Leader and serves on the Core Council.
- The brand champion for increasing the brand awareness, visibility, and reputation of United Centers for Spiritual Living.
- Responsible for ensuring and advocating for open, clear and frequent communication inside and outside of the organization.
- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s brand and marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with the leadership team and staff to plan, create and manage an integrated brand marketing communications program.
- Coordinate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development and production of advertising, public relations, educational materials, publications, promotional materials, web site production and other communications materials.
- Ensure articulation of Organization’s desired brand identity, leadership’s brand identity, creative theme, imagery and position throughout the Organization, and assure the communication of those brand identities, creative theme, imagery and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
- Act as the Organization’s first-line representative with the media. Coordinate all media requests to ensure the organization’s best and most appropriate spokesperson(s) are put forward.
- Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity.
- Help make sure that the Organization’s leadership brand identity is communicated, reinforced and practiced throughout the organization.
