"The Power of Mind, Body & Spirit: Developing Mental, Physical & Spiritual Fitness For Life"
The world we live in demands many things of us. Our focus can shift from day to day as dictated by the challenges we may face allowing us to get off course from our true purpose. Our ability to define our purpose depends upon our mind's ability to keep things in balance - and in perspective - and for our priorities to be in order so that we may find joy and harmony in living our lives the way we desire. Health - mental, physical, and spiritual - demands our attention fully each day of our lives so that we may access the benefits of our best efforts to live a life of peace and fulfillment. It is in attempting to achieve balance in these critical areas of life that we can become masters of our world. This workshop is designed to put these key elements in clearly understandable terms and give you REAL tools for maintaining your health as you grow through your life, enabling you to live a life of passion, joy and fulfillment.

Joanne O’Brien,
“Illuminate Your Soul, Let Your Spirit Fly!”
A workshop that explores ‘where you play small in order for others to feel big… and then what?’
Through Composer Steven Schwartz’ tale, ‘Meadowlark’, we will investigate with journaling exercises, sharing and meditation where we walk away from opportunities that could challenge us, fulfill us and reveal our whole God-selves for the sake of another.
Who are you protecting…them or YOU?
We will consider how we deny ourselves, as well as another, the opportunity for spiritual growth.
Embrace the principle “What Blesses Me Blesses Everyone.”
