Judy Waters, M.A., RScP
“Get out of your Discomfort Zone: A Personal Freedom Workshop”
We are the leaders, the manifestors, the teachers, the mentors; but how many of us are coasting along in what I call our own discomfort zones, that nagging sense of dissatisfaction, not quite trusting ourselves to take that risk we keep recommending to our students, clients, parishioners or friends?
This is a workshop about releasing the thought patterns, false identities and go-with-the-flow consciousness that has been holding us - or our clients - back. It’s an opportunity to shift out of old habits, systems and false beliefs that prevent us from moving forward.
We’ll bust some myths, open our hearts and minds and perhaps even embrace the excitement of considering that “thing” you’ve always wanted to try…
Biography
Judy is a graduate of the University of Santa Monica Spiritual and Counseling Psychology Masters programs, an Agape Licensed Spiritual Practitioner, a Global Heart Practitioner, an MFT Intern and was a staff member of the World Ministry of Prayer at the United Centers for Spiritual Living home office for 3 years. She is a Therapist, Practitioner and Love Coach who practices and teaches transformational workshops in the Los Angeles Area. For the last fourteen years, Judy has also facilitated support groups for survivors of domestic violence through Sojourn Services in Santa Monica, California.

We shall also be demonstrating the use of color in healing, the (Eastern) Chakra energy systems and the vibrant auric energy fields that surround all living things.
Through visualization and various, fun, participatory processes - including 'ribbon reading' and 'aura sensing' - we shall discover the magic and the mystery of color and how we can use it to enrich and enhance every aspect of our lives.
